Dry Needling

Hands-on treatment is a critical component in maximizing your post op recovery and individual health goals.  With palpation through hands or PT specific tools, your therapist can identify areas of tension, restriction, scar tissue and apply this knowledge to formulate a personalized treatment plan to get you better, faster.  In addition to the services listed here, Victor PT can safely perform joint manipulation & mobilization, manual traction, nerve mobilization, utilize instrument-assisted myofascial release, apply Kinesio Tape, perform assisted stretches and more!  Just let Rebekah’s hands do the work, she’ll find spots you didn’t even realize were contributing to your pain!

Rehabilitative Pilates

Victor PT is equipped with a Balanced Body Reformer & Tower of Power, a spring resistance-based platform machine which is extremely versatile, so it can comfortably be used for all body conditions and types. Depending on your site of injury or limitation, you may find yourself exercising while standing, lying on your back, sitting on a box or in high kneeling.  Plus, unlike other exercises that stop working for you when you stop exercising - the practice of learning to engage and hold your core doesn’t need to stop after your Physical Therapy session at Victor PT – it’s a practice to be used throughout your day, at work and in PLAY!

Rebekah completed her Balanced Body Pilates Certification in 2007 with her first employer in Folsom, CA.  Since then, Pilates has always been a core component of her exercise prescription and a critical role in developing proper body mechanics and muscle isolation/control.  She’s pleased to offer Pilates training together with her PT treatment or separately as a personal training class.
