Dr. Rebekah Donley
PT, DPT, Certified Pilates Instructor; Owner & therapist
An Idaho native, Rebekah is thrilled to have relocated to Victor in 2019 where she saw a need for local outpatient physical therapy care. After 13 years practicing in outpatient orthopedic clinics, she is ready to see patients under a different schedule and under different terms. Current healthcare reimbursement trends are forcing rushed treatments, increased utilization of support staff and constraints on billable “goals”. Victor PT was born out of the desire to treat patients one-on-one, hands on, and not rushed. This way, patients get better faster in fewer visits, thus decreasing their overall healthcare costs and time away from work or play. Victor PT is passionate about ensuring that clients can and should expect better healthcare and the ability to have fitness and vitality throughout their life.
In 2007, Rebekah graduated with her Doctorate of PT degree from Arcadia University in Philadelphia, PA where she presented research at a national PT conference. She completed her Kinesiology, B.S. from Penn State University in 2003 with a semester abroad in England. Her Balanced Body Pilates training was completed during her first year of employment in N. CA, where she practiced in multi disciplinary clinics in Folsom & Los Gatos. In 2010, she established a PT & Pilates clientele amongst the locals a community in Bangalore, India while an expatriate for her husband’s job before repatriating into an ortho clinic in Jackson, WY from 2011-2018. Always curious about cutting edge techniques, Rebekah has completed many continuing education courses from experts in the field, including founder of trigger point dry needling, creator of Osteopractic manipulation and evidence based cervical, lumbar, nerve & pain management courses. She is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Rebekah is always seeking the next adventure with her husband, James, and sons, Brooks (8) & Tucker (6), dog & cat. A true Gemini, she enjoys mixing up her outdoor actives such as trail running, mountain/road/snow biking, snowboarding/skiing, nordic skiing, Pilates/yoga training & weight training, dirt biking… and never turns down an invite to try something new!
